Hello there, I’m Cara! A single mum to my five year old son, a psychology university student, and work part time managing admin, accounts and marketing. That sounds like a mouthful I know! And I know what your thinking… another stay at home mum joining businesses to earn extra cash. Well this is somewhat true. But let me explain how I got here. I’ve spent the majority of my adulthood working in recruitment and sales, and this is how I met Tracey (we’ll come back to her in a second). I then moved into a company working with mostly sales and then moving on to marketing, where I managed websites, social media posts along with company engagements. After having my little boy, I took 6 months maternity, and decided to return earlier than expected as finically I couldn’t risk being out of work. So I made the difficult choice to return back as part time. One day, Tracey’s post on her social media regarding FM fragrances grabbed my attention, so with the large volume of other people’s interest I gave it a go and ordered my first bottle. Within a day of this arriving, I caught up with Tracey over the phone, and as we previously had worked within sales together, she gave me the most amazing opportunity to join her team, with promises to coach me along the way. Sure to her word, that is what she did. And four and a half years later, she still gives me the kick up my bum that I need when life gets in the way, and constantly coaches us as a team, giving us the tools to pass on our knowledge to our teams. Joining this business, can be seen as extra income for Christmas times etc, but if you dedicate a little time out of your day, or in the evenings after work, to your FM business, it really can be more than just extra cash, it can be an actual income and career. The beauty of this is that you do it at your pace, with no set targets and no deadlines it’s very relaxed, but as I said you get out what you put in to it, meaning the harder you work the more you reap the towards! And it is totally doable! You love the products, and that sells itself to customers. Since starting I have worked my way up, hit the commission bands to the highest at the lower level, and then moved on with the help of my team, to hitting Pearl, helping me gain a FOUR FIGURE bonus straight into my bank account! Who wouldn’t want that!! 🙂 Joining FM four and a half years ago was most definitely the best decision I have ever made!
